Burn Wire
High-power rocketry has excellent people and terrible documentation. This site is the notes I wanted when I started.
Who writes this
I got hooked at a club launch watching an H-motor light, then spent too long hunting prices and motor codes across manufacturer PDFs and decade-old threads. Burn Wire is the organized version of that research — L1 certification, kits, motors, altimeters, recovery, and the build work that actually keeps fins attached.
How we write
Specs get checked against manufacturer pages and ThrustCurve. If a price can't be confirmed, we say so instead of guessing. Affiliate links are labeled. Safety-critical steps (black powder, e-matches, RSO inspections) are written as field practice, not marketing.
